Out of memory at line: 39

I keep getting the error message "Out of memory at line: 39
What is this reason, and how do I fix it... Anyone know?
I'm using a game application called There.com.. and when I
go to open an extra window...it happens. My computer is a
2.2 gig AMD and I have 1024 megs of ram.. Thanx

It's probably a resource issue.
