I would uninstall then reinstall. Too many variables. Try to find and save
you *.pst file first in case you have info you don't want to lose (Contacts,
saved mail, etc.) Search for *.pst to find yours. It COULD be corrupt, but I
would try and save it anyway.
Make sure you have the minimum requirements for the software.
