This is determined by your mail server, not your mail client. 5MB is pretty
normal for a POP account. Note that even if you could send something larger,
most recipients won't be able to receive it due to their own mail server
restrictions. Email is really not meant to transfer files. If you can zip
your file and make it quite a bit smaller, you might be able to send it -
presuming the file can be compressed in the first place.
