Oultlook 2003 SP2 errors with attachments

We have users that are experiencing the two following errors:

When trying to drag and drop or copy and paste a forwarded email from an
email the user recieved this Microsoft Office Outlook error ocuurs "Cannot
create attachments. Not Found"

And if the dragging and dropping or copying and pasting of a forwarded email
is allowed (without the aforementioned error) the following Microsoft Outlook
Error occurs "Unable to send this item. Not Found"

Please advise if anybody has any information regarding this issue.

The workstations are win2K sp4 with all current updates and Office 2003 with
all current updates as well.

It's a long shot, but try emptying Outlook's Secure Temp Folder.
