Oulook Sync software

I'm looking for some good software to sync my Oulook 2003 (mail, folders,
contacts etc) on my laptop and desktop. Can someone make some
recommendations?

Thanks but I was really looking for recommendations from someone who has
used them. I've looked thru them but didn't want to try each one out
myself.
