Oulook problem with editing accounts

I am a long time Eudora user and I am attempting to acquaint myself
with Outlook because some club members seek my advice.

I cannot see how to edit the POP3 and SMTP settings.

The image, loaded here

will show that the dialogue boxes are incomplete. I can get a cursor
into the two settings but cannot reveal anything that is hidden from
this view.

Looks to me like you can access all the necessary settings either directly, with the Tab key or with the Alt+ accelerator key for any given option.
