I'm having aproblem with windows express. When i attach a picture into an
email the picture is huge. How can i attach the picture at a size where you
can view it fully?

Adjust the image size in an image editing program. BTW- you might get a
better answer in an Outlook Express newsgroup.

Use the Common Tasks pane to send a picture to email. When you do so, it
provides an option to resize the image(s).

Another answer: Download the free Picasa2 and use it to configure the
maiing of the pictures.
