Other users not able to access an application

I have a situation whereby other users cannot access an application that was
installed under the administrator account. I have already tried to copy the
shortcut from the desktop folder of the administrator profile to the 'all
users' desktop profile.

I was getting the following message: 'The MeadCo Zeepe Framework is required
to run the application'. So I went and downloaded and installed the
framework and started getting the following message stream:
A script error has occurred.
Line: 44
Character: 1
Error: Object does not support this property or method: 'Lang.getString'

Any ideas?

Hi,

You'll have to install it while logged on to each user account most likely.
You might also check permissions on the program folder, the users will need
read and execute access at the very least.

I work in a restricted environment where only the administrator level is
allowed to install new software.

This particular piece of software is the only instance where i am havig a
problem like this.

I have already contacted the manufacturer for the software and I am waiting
for a response from them.
