Are OTF to TTF (font format) free converters for windows? I have gpl fonts
in OTF format and I must convert in TTF to use

To summarize, they pointed out that Windows 2000 and XP can use Opentype
(otf) fonts natively, but if you really need to convert they suggested:

I have not tried this.
