OT: VMWare on WinXP

Hi,
I have some questions regarding VMWare
1) Has anyone installed MAC OS X for intel Successfully?
2) When VMWare and Mame32 go to full screen mode, tearing in the middle of
the screen appears, is it a driver problem or my video card is bad?
3) How do you share files between VMWare and the host operating system?
Thanks cos I don't find any good newsgroups that cover all of these?

Yes, I intended to, but I withdrew because I am afraid that I have to wait
for a long time to get reply from the VMWare forum. My personal experience
was when you go to web post questions on USENet, it takes ages to show up on
the server...I am not sure about VM's though
