OT: Time Warner Austin TX

I am not able to receive emails from this ISP for over 24 hours. They say
"we are working on our servers" and they give NO prognosis as to when it
will be fixed. They won't talk about a cause, etc. Can anyone shed any light
on this? Obviously, my internet connection is OK and I think? I can send
email ?? but not receive.
 
You might try accessing another server

pop-server.roadrunner.com
or
mail.roadrunner.com

I use the first one, and use the second one for my wife's account.. both
work, (probably point to the same server).
