OT: IIS setup

I thought this was a simple and reasonable request. I would like people who
skip the WWW to still come to my website. Kind of like www.yahoo.com and
yahoo.com both take you to yahoo. How does one do this- server is NT4 IIS4

Your network admin doesn't know how to set up a DNS record?! How did your
first domain name get its DNS set up? Do it the same way.
