OT: How to UNsubscribe from forum?

I didn't realize how bombarded with messages I would get! How can I
unsubscribe?
 
THIS RESPONSE IS FOR USERS OF THE EXCELFORUM.COM SITE:

You don't have to leave the forum, simply click on the "User CP" men
and then click on Edit Options in the Control panel on the left side o
the screen. Scroll down to > DEFAULT THREAD SUBSCRIPTION MOD
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose t
automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, wit
the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread

Daily email notification Weekly email notification Default Threa
Subscription Mode:
Click to expand...

and choose "Do Not Subscribe". You will no longer receiv
notifications of replies to your posts.
