Ha!
Somebody has already made an acronym out of this. And I thought I was being
clever.

Frequently of use in alt.comp.freeware.
Please pardon the off-topic post ... it's at least a bit relevant to this
group.

"Google is your friend". Hey, on another topic... can anybody recommend
a good Notepad.exe replacement? How about a good .pdf creator? Also, I'd
like a good .zip program.

Just kidding.

But it got me to thinking...GIG (Google is God). Why waste time
searching for trivia. Let's find the whole ball of wax.

I've googled "meaning of life."

The first hit was the wikipedia with this snippet of text: "Life is a
multi-faceted concept with no simple definition." F'what??? Worthless
left-coastie anarchistic ca-ca.

Second hit comes from aristotle.net. A quick couple of clicks through
their site and >voila!< http://www.subgenius.com/. End of story.
Prayers (and search) answered! GIG.

I'm on a higher plane now,

Your plane crashed, and now you're on a much lower plain!

Seek and you will find: http://www.themeaningoflife.org/

And you shall return to a much higher plain! ;-)

I've googled "meaning of life."

I better like the answer Google presents to:

What is the answer to life, the universe, and everything?

The first hit comes from the Google calculator. ;-) (Okay, okay.
It's a bit worn out by now... :-) )

Try Googling for "Secret of the Universe". I found this:

Makes sense to me.
