- your ISP needs strong junk mail filters turned on
- if not, helps to be running Outlook 2003 (has built in junk mail filter)
- or using a Hotmail account as a "throw away account" in w/ aggressive filtering set
Another option is running something like MailWasher from http://www.mailwasher.net/
