Has anyone got a website hosted by GenuineASP. I have been having problems
this last few months and they have not responded to a single support ticket,
or email request. I live in the UK and they are based in Canada so
telephone support is not somthing I really want to do. But, this last few
days my whole website space seems to have been deleted and I am certain it
wasn't be me. They have as of yet to respond to my support request. When I
first joined them 6 months ago they seemed quite prompt in responding to
support.

I would be interested in hearing if anyone else has had dealings with them,
and if there are some other cheap ASP.NET hosting companies out there that
could be recommended instead?

I have about 5 sites with them and lost everything - they even lost
their own site! Support has been totally non existant, with no replies
to support tickets, direct emails or website announcements.
Like you Stephen, I live on the wrong side of the Atlantic to call
them up (Ireland).
Thankfully I had recent backups but it was still a pain in the ass!
