Sorry, this is off topic, but i thought you may be able to help me.

I am looking for free murder mystery senarios with clues and character
information... which can be used with a youth group of 11-15 year olds. Does
anyone know of free ones of these? Of course there is stuff i could buy but
just wanted to check if you knew of free stuff we might be able to use.

Thanks
Ben

A few years ago, I subscribed to a site that sent me a murder mystery a
week, free. I do not remember the site, but I do remember that it was
contest-based. Google for the site; I will too, and whoever finds it first
posts it here.
I am also a teacher, of mainlt niddle-years, so I now offer a suggestion on
how to use this in the classroom:

When you get the weekly mystery, get thew class to solve it. They can work
individually, in pairs, or in small groups. Give them a time-limit (one
week) to solve the crime. Don't let on that you don't know the solution.
Offer some age- grade-appropriate "prize." When you get the solution, don't
give it away. Have the students present their solution, including how they
solved the crime, to the class. Do not say "yes' or 'no' until all
presentations are done. Then reveal the solution and clues that led to that
solution. Winner(s) get the prize.
