OT: Epson Copy Utility - not working

Presumably not a hardware problem, but hope someone here can help
please.

I occasionally use a utility called Epson Copy Utility that came with
my 'Epson Perfection 2480 Photo' scanner. But its penultimate step,
Print Preview, is now displaying an entirely black page. So I'm
obviously not going ahead with printing. (I did try a few seconds!)
Yet the scanner works fine in its normal mode (and that's how I've now
made the copy I need).

Anyone have any idea what may have gone wrong here please?

Try completely uninstalling the SW and then re-installing it.
