OT Deleting or Saving Specific files

Hi All,
I was wondering if there is a program that would let me save
specific files automatically, deleting all other files?????

Example:

In my Temp Internet Folder, it saves all the files from my web surfing.....
There are only a few cookies from some sites I want to save, (ebay for
example) and delete everything else..... I made a short cut to the folder on
my Desk Top, but I have to manually go through and select the files I want
to delete...

I was wondering if there was a to save only some of the files automatically
and delete everything else....
 
In short, the answer is no. You basically have to selectively delete the
cookies you dont want and leave the ones that you want to keep.
