OT: CD based web

Seemed EZ enough to do- put the web on a disc and have it
autorun.

Worked fine on our computers here.

Doesn't work for the client.

Issue- autorun is an inf file, which is defined by MS as an
installer or setup file. Only an Admin or a Power User can
do an install. The client is a normal user.

Ideas besides the MSKB answer of log in as one of those
groups or run as...

It requires a file named shell run. I have a copy but unfortunately it's at the office and I'm not.
