OT, but installation question

Hi all,
One of my clients wants to work with Contribute from macromedia. I've
downloaded the trial, and installed it, but when I try to run it on a
Win2k machine I get a pop up with the message:
This File exists, and it shows a browse to a temp folder file.
Any ideas how to clear this up? I'm already emailing Customer Support at
Macromedia, but wanted to see if some of this group's wizards and genies
could come up with a solution.

Tried clearing the temp file it is referring to......?
