OT: Backup Outlook Express Inbox

Slightly off topic but in Outlook Express I have my Sent Items, Deleted
Items, Inbox and a handful of subfolders under Inbox. How do I back up those
emails? Does Outlook Express compress them into a single file similair to a
..pst?
