Well--the stock price has hit a new high. It's a balancing act--you have to
act in the best interests of the shareholders. But the company is worthless
without the customers, so presumably making the customers happy is in the
best interests of the shareholders, as long as you can stay profitable while
doing so.

I don't know enough about Steve Ballmer to say, but the Microsoft staff I
have talked to sure are centered on the customers first.

Hi again Bill

For me he always be selling Windows 1.0 or dancing "monkey
dance"... ;)

I do know that MS software engineers are the greatest and
because
of that I´ve always used and loved Windows. It´s great....

I cannot understand why they must use "horse feather"
tacticts when
MS beats everything just with software quality...

Why use "cheap tricks"..... ???

Strange..... but the shareholders wants a couple of billion
each day so
maybe this is necessary.....
