osCommerce or Agora

This forum has been so helpful in the past so I thought I would post another
question. I recently expanded my VA (Virtual Assitant) business to include
web design. Some of my clients would like to add a shopping cart to their
site. I have a resellers account through iPower and they have 3 options when
it comes to eCommerce...PayPal, Agora or osCommerce. I've worked with PayPal
carts before and they are very beginner friendly. However, when trying to
learn and implement Agora or osCommerce I quickly find myself lost. And my
clients would like more options than what PayPal offers. I've researched
throughout this forum and read many posts when it comes to eCommerce but
haven't found anything to help me out. Does anyone have experience with
Agora or osCommerce? If so, would you be willing to walk me through the
steps of trying to set this up? Like I said, I've read the install / setup
guides but it's really confusing for a beginner. I am really hoping to learn
more and improve my skills. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance.

What type of options are you looking for? All three of these are shopping
carts so you'd only use one of them on your site. The one you choose is the
one that offers the features you need. Also, just because your web host
offers these 3 doesn't mean you can use a different one on your site, such
as Candy Press http://www.candypress.com

Good morning David. Thank you for responding to my post.
Yes I realize that all three are shopping carts. I'm just trying to figure
out which one to use. And I also know that I don't have to use the ones my
hosting company offers. I've done a lot of research / comparing shopping
carts. But to my knowledge candypress charges a fee and my clients are
trying to avoid that right now. I'm just trying to find an ecommerce site
that I can learn how to manuever in. The whole shopping cart (other than
PayPal) process confuses me.
I'm going through the steps to set up osCommerce and I'm stuck at the part
of database import. I keep getting the message "SQL file does not exist:
/install/oscommerce.sql" but when I look in FTP I see the oscommerce.sql file
there within the install folder. Can anyone offer some assistance? Have you
worked with osCommerce before?
