OS Question - Vista returns WinNT

Thanks in advance

I've been trying to get the OS version from the Environ() function. I'm
working the devel copy from my home computer which is Vista Home Premium, and
the returned value from Environ("OS") is Windows_NT

I found a post stating that the SET command from cmd.exe returns a list of
current environ variables, and this shows the OS as windows_NT as well.

Any ideas? There doesn't seem to be a lot on the subject that I could find
over the past few days.

I haven't tried it on any of my works computers (SBS2003 & XP), but if I'm
getting wrong data with Vista I'd like to find out why and if theres a
workaround.
