OS boot menu choices

I recently installed another version of Windows on a system running Windows
XP Pro, because I was running tests. I uninstalled the other version, trying
to revert back to just Win XP Pro, however, when I re-boot, a menu comes up
that says "Please choose the operating system" and it gives me the choice to
hit enter on either OS... When I enter on Win XP Pro, its fine... when I
choose the other OS that I uninstalled, it just says it cant locate a
file... I want to get rid of this. How can I do that? They were not
installed on separate partitions. I tried messing with the boot.ini, but it
didn't work. Thanks.
