Orphan Folder

In setting up new .pst files in OL 2003 I created a folder in my folder list
that is not referenced properly. I get "operation failed object could not
be found" when trying to close this folder" Is this a file naming problem?
This was originally an archive file. Do I need the .pst name to be the same
as the file reference name to delete this.

You can try that. If it doesn't work you'll have to recreate your mail
profile. See;

Always remember to disconnect your pst-file from Outlook before deleting it.
