Ork.exe 32-bit version

Hello...anyone able to advise where I can obtain the file
ork.exe 32-bit version. I tried to download from
Microsoft, (for Win 2000) so I could obtain all of my
graphic interfaces and enable me to view .JPG, .CGM, and
other graphic files in my viewer, but it was
unsuccessful. (probably for 2003 version on the
website...?)

Overall I'm still a novice at all this so if someone could
assist that be great. Thanks, Omega.
