original message is sent as attachement

hey, how's it?
when i'm at work every single external email i send appears as an
attachement in recipient's inbox. when the recipient opens the email it shows
a security/ information policy- related disclaimer and the message i just
sent is attached sepparately.

i don't mind the disclaimer, but can someone tell me how do i prevent my
message from being attached? like make it appear on the top and the
disclaimer on the bottom of the same message.

have you checked with your system administrator? It seems to be something
that your company is doing.
