Original color scheme of slide designs.

When I open a Power Point document, the original color scheme I used in my
slide designs always appears in black and white. I always need to go under
VIEW and click on color/grayscale.
 
Make sure you're not set to High Contrast in Windows Control Panel --
Accessibility.

Does this happen with one particular PPT file or with all?
