I use 'colours' to look up messages that are addressed to me directly or sent
by me or CCed to me. When you get hundreds of e-mails per day, you want to
zoom in on the ones that are directed to you. I also use a lot of folders to
organize the e-mails by topic. In order for this colour coding to work, I
need to do this every time I create a new folder.
In addition, the way to apply colour to mails 'copied' to me, I have to use
a convoluted method of creating a new rule, go into 'advanced' tab and do all
that jazz - why not have an option in the main menu - 'mails copied to me'??
