I've been trying to use flags to organize sent messages. I have 8 different
accounts configured in Outlook but only three actually different POP
account... some share the same mailbox on the server with only the "reply to"
address being different.
I tried using rules "check messages after sending" to move messages sent
using a particular "account" into a different folder, but instead of moving
the messages, they were being copied (which was confusing me!).
Then I tried setting flags, which worked well for me. I could see which
messages need to be moved to the different folders by colour and they
appeared in the "For Follow Up" folder... then someone asked me why I was
flagging all the messages I sent. I want the flags on my copies (AFTER they
are sent), not to go with the message.
Any ideas or any other suggestions for sorting out the messages in the Sent
folder?
