organizing outllok all mail folders pane

I just switched from Thunderbird to Outlook. TB was very easy to customize.
For outlook, any tips on how to organize the all mail folder pane? Like,
moving the deleted folder from the top to the bottom of the list. Looks like
my pane is sorted alphabetically.

LOL... thx for the response. Maybe if i press the issue enough, my IT dept
might let me use TB again.
