Organizing Messages with Color for senders with common names

Is it possible to organize my incoming messages by color if 2 senders have
similiar names? For Example I have all messages from Jim Smith colored in
Red. Now all my messages for Jill Smith are coming up in Red too. Is there
any way to prevent this?
