Organize Internet Explorer Favorites by Creation Date

Is it possible to sort/organize your Internet Explorer favorites by creation
date?

I know it is possible to open the favorites folder and do this in the
folder, but what I am asking about is in Internet Explorer itself. As it
is, the only choice you have in Internet Explorer is "sort by name" or
alphabetical (at least that I can find.) Is there a third party
application/plugin or just a registry hack to do this or is this just a lost
cause?

I mean - Netscape can do it..
