"Organize" Function under "Tools"

The "organize" function is not under the "Tools" heading
in Outlook SP-3. It is on my laptop with SP-2.

Did SP-3 get rid of this utility? or is just in a
different location.

Version of Outlook? You can get it back by going to View-> Toolbars->
Customize-> tab Commands
