Organize contacts by last name

How can I get the Windows Contacts to sort by LAST Name, First Name??????

I hate the First Name, Last Name sort default.
 
In the Contacts window:
If you have a column for "Last Name", just click on the heading to sort
(up/down).
If you don't see the Last name column, add it by right-clicking on the Name
heading and select Last.

If you mean in the Select Recipients window:
Click on the Name column heading.. it cycles thru 4 sortings....
 
I have the same question.
I want to sort by last name, but use the "full name" listing.
98 let you sort this way. Not sure about Vista

Right click the name of any column. Enable the Last Name field.
