Organize: Colors

I'm using Tools / Organize / Using colors. It works on most names, but one
person in my "Sent" folder shows the wrong color. I don't know what I'm
doing wrong.

I'm using Outlook 2003, SP3. I've set other people to have other colors,
but mail in the Sent folder to this particular person shows red, not blue,
like I want. The mail is not priority, doesn't have attachments, is not
flagged or anything else; it's just regular email. I've tried setting this
person back to "Auto color" but it won't do that. I've tried waiting
overnight and trying again, but that doesn't help. I'm out of ideas. Thanks

I found the answer. In case someone else has this problem, here's the
solution:

Go to Tools / Organize / Using Colors, like I was doing. Then find the
"Automatic Formatting" option. Font formats THERE override other requests to
change the colors.
