Is it possible to create an organizational chart in Microsoft Access?

The one that would show the structure of a company.

I'm assuming you want the traditional multi-tiered org chart. I'd
recommend investigating other solutions out there (freeware or
otherwise) first before you embark on a project like this with access.

I agree on finding a different application. There are versions of Visio that
will connect to an ODBC data source to generate fairly nice org charts.
 
Visio 7 creates org charts from excel; We're trying this: export required
fields from our Human Resource database software into an excel file; then
Visio reads the excel file and automatically creates the org chart. It works
very well. We're new users to Visio.
