organization name

Can I change the name of organization which is typed during Office
installation?
It has changed and would not like to reinstall Offices to workstations. Now
old name appears to documents as default, because beginning of the name is
still same.

I have already changed every name to new one that I could find from registry.
Still old one appears to document by default!

I removed Office from one of workstations and then installed it again and
guess what folks, IT IS STILL HAUNTING THERE! I found out that it is
somewhere in user profile, because if I log in with other username it does
not do those tricks anymore. Now, WHERE IS IT?!? This is almost like hunting
of some very nasty worms that I have experienced of. I can not destroy user
profiles of all workstations. Would somebody please tell me how organization
name can REALLY be changed.
