Organise the All Mail Folder

How can I organise the folders in the all mail pane so that deleted Items is
under junk e-mail folder? Also is it possible to remove the Favorite Folders
area?
 
1) No, folder are sorted alphabetically. You can use the Shortcuts
Navigation to create your own folder tree.
2) Outlook 2007 allows you to remove it. It also won't be visible in the
Folder List Navigation (Outlook 2003 and 2007)
