If you want to create an organizational chart use the insert diagram button
on your drawing toolbar it's next to the tilted A. Or use Insert - picture -
organizational chart.
If you want to edit an existing one, double click on it. A toolbar should
appear, in the toolbar you will find buttons to insert new boxes etc... If
it does not appear right click (border) on it and choose show toolbar.
