org charts, photo albums and bullets/numbering

DeeDee

MS Office 2003 Professional on a Windows XP computer.

I would like to know the following:

1. Is it possible to change the default fill colour for shapes in the
default org chart? I know this seems odd but someone asked me so now I'm
asking.

2. One of my colleagues doesn't like the way bullets are set up on the
title and text slide. She would like to remove the indent markers used to
indent and create her own. Is this possible?

3. After I created a photo album I realized I had missed some pictures, is
it possible to "insert" them without having to creating a whole new photo
album, and maintain the same look?

That's it. Hope you can help.

Thank you for including the OS and PowerPoint version.

1. Org Chart does not use a default color. It simple uses whatever color
you have set as your Fills color in the active color scheme. Change the
color scheme and you will change what color it uses.

2. Use the ruler tab settings in the master slide to adjust the amount of
indent your co-worker wants. Set the bottom carrot (little pentagram thing
on the ruler bar) to directly under the upper carrot to eliminate any
indent. To change the bullets themselves, again adjust the master slide
(for all slides) or select Format bullets (for individual slides).

3. Create a new photo album of the missed pictures then copy and paste them
into the current presentation marking sure you do not keep source
formatting.. Photo Album always creates a new presentation. There are
add-ins (like Image Importer Wizard - not free, but also not expensive) that
do a better job and give you more options.
