How can I expand an org. chart "cell" to display more than 2 lines when using Excel in Microsoft XP?
 
Select the organization chart
On the Organization Chart toolbar, choose Layout>AutoLayout
Select the text box that you want to resize
Drag one of the handles out, to make the text box larger.
