Org Chart in PPT

My user has an org chart that was created on Powerpoint 2000. She now tries
to open it on Powerpoint 2003 but receives an error message that the server
application cannot be found. I have given her Modify permission on Programe
Files and WINNT folders but it doesn't help. If anyone has this experience
and has a solution to this problem, please let me know.
