Org. Chart - Custom Animation

I am running PowerPoint 2002.
I would like to split apart an organizational chart and
custom animate the shapes to enter the slide at different
times on a mouse click etc.

Copy the Org Chart, and use Edit/Paste Special/WMF. Then ungroup the WMF
twice.

Regroup the pieces you want to animate.

Alternatively, add an animation effect to the Org Chart, then
right-click it in the list on the animation task pane and select Effect
Options. There may be a grouping level there that will work for you so
you don't have to ungroup the org chart itself.
