My version of Word in my office is the Enterprise version and it works fine.
I did a new install on a new copy of Vista Ultimate with Office Pro 2007 and
when you goto 'Office Button'>Open the 'Open' layout is completely different
between the copies, it still does not display a preview. the main difference
is that I upgraded the office version from 2003. Another thing is if I select
all files then I can see Excel spreadsheets.
I should have made it clearer, my copy in the office was then one that was
upgraded and that may also be the case with other who find that it works ok.
