Ordinal errors on OUTALE32.dll

[Frustrated]

I cant run my MSN MESSENGER Due to an ordinal error to
locate OLEAUT32.dll error .I have tried all possible
solutions which I found on internet . None helped :-(

Your OLEAUT32.DLL file has just been taken over by something else. To fix this download and
run this file on the PC:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/install/6/Win98Me/EN-US/VBRun60.exe

After installation, reboot and then try again.
