Options for protecting workbooks

I want to protect a workbook so that the formulas and objects are not moved,
but when I looked at the options it seemed like my only options are for
opening the file and not modifying any of it. Is this correct?

Hi

If you lock the cells (Format Cells/Protection) then their contents cannot
be changed.
Protecting the workbook will then activate the locking of the cells.
