optionbutton field problem, help

hi all

i have composed a form with text and radio buttons,
i succeeded in getting the text values, but i cannot seem to get the values
for the radio buttons when the form arrives.

i have selected a "yes/no" filed for the radio,in the "compose" and in the
"read"
but when i send the form it arrives without my selection in the radio
buttons.

what am i doing wrong?

How many radio buttons?
